Wesley Tyree, M.D. is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing with a Minor in Economics. After working in the financial sector, Dr. Tyree decided to pursue a career in Medicine. He earned his Medical Degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine with post graduate training in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Fellowship at Good Samaritan Regional Health Center Phoenix.
Dr. Tyree practices non-interventional, diagnostic and preventive Cardiology. He has a special focus on both primary and secondary prevention of Cardiovascular Disease. He is eligible for specialized certification in cholesterol management and therapeutic lifestyle changes for the prevention of heart disease.
Dr. Tyree is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is the Medical Director of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program for the Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital System. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Tyree enjoys playing guitar, golfing, fly fishing, camping and hiking. He is an avid sports enthusiast.
